What You’ll Do:

• Concept, design, and produce high-quality, engaging, and innovative motion graphic content that elevates brand experiences and drives results
• Work with the Design Director to develop concepts and implement design strategies in animation, audio, and video
• Create compelling interactive designs for a variety of platforms including mobile, web, and social channels including Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and Pinterest pages
• Design and maintain layouts through art and copy revisions
• Design modern email templates optimized for mobile display
• Create and maintain branded visual elements for social media outlets and other properties such as blogs
• Create static graphic designs for various marketing materials such as e-commerce content, emails, social media graphics, and website assets
• Maintain creative quality control through editing and approval process
• Other duties may be assigned

Bring It!

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design or related field or equivalent experience in motion design
• Experience developing motion content in the consumer goods products industry
• Must have a strong sense of typography, web design, graphic design, and motion design including 2D and 3D modeling/animation
• Working knowledge of sound mixing color correction and video production techniques
• Strong knowledge of post-production workflow and the latest video production techniques
• Experience in storyboarding video and motion graphics
• Experience producing content for social media platforms and websites
• Expertise with Macintosh-based graphics programs, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Creative and technical expertise with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other associated tools
• Possess a good design "flair", a broad thinker, and able to offer a variety of design solutions
• Great attitude - positive, collaborative, self-starter
• Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment

Munchkin’s Hybrid Schedule is where an employee works in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and Tuesday and Friday remotely from home.   We also provide annual weeklong global office closures giving our people a chance to recharge.
