Summary
DAS Services is seeking a qualified Operations Specialist to join our team in APG, MD.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
- Secret clearance
- 8 years of experience with technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and administration of government projects
- 5 years of experience with supervision and management of diverse teams
- Knowledge of Army Operations
- Ability to perform and coordinate a wide range of management and administrative support and advisory functions
- Ability to organize and oversee project and task workloads including select individuals most qualified for assignments on specific projects
- Ability to conduct studies of administrative functions, assess operations program effectiveness, analyze unusual conditions, problems or questions, and obtain and compile data to determine where improvements can be made
- Ability to develop revised procedures to improve procedures and processes and draft internal operating procedures
- Bachelor's degree
Special Requirements:
- Experience with SharePoint and TEAMS
- Experience with Defense Travel Systems, Army Awards and DoD administrative systems
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
