Requirements

• Experience: California employment litigation and advice and counseling experience; also, experience performing legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and dispositive motions; attending court appearances; drafting and responding to discovery and meet and confer letters; defending individual and class action wage and hour and PAGA claims both in court and in arbitration; and responding to government investigations and inquiries
• 4 years of experience
• The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $295,000.
• This is a non-partnership track position
