Global Law Firm's Washington DC office is seeking an Associate to join its Employment and Labor practice.

Requirements

• Experience: OFCCP compliance and audit defense; conducting pay equity studies and defending pay equity litigation and government enforcement actions; litigating employment claims, with a preference for litigating discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, employee mobility/trade secret, and executive disputes; drafting standard employment agreements, offer letters, executive employment agreements, separation agreements, non-competes, non-solicits, nondisclosure, IP assignment; advising on various day-to-day employment law compliance and HR issues, including in the context of executive and Board of Director issues; handling workplace investigations of employment complaints, including harassment, whistleblower, and discrimination complaints; and handling the employment dimensions of various corporate transactions

• The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000
