National law firm is seeking to hire a mid-level Associate for its Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in its San Francisco or Palo Alto office, focusing on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, and private equity transactions.

Requirements

• Must have significant experience leading on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements as well as familiarity with all other aspects of a transaction.
• 2-4 years of M&A experience.
• Admitted to the California Bar
• Salary Expectations: $225,000 to $435,000 depending upon class year.
