The Salary Range For This Role Is$15.50 - $48.08
Responsibilities
- Staff the HR support desk to address employee questions and help requests.
- Provide timely support of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Communicate critical information at shift change to ensure other shifts have required instructions.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed relative to leaves of absences, sick leave, vacation, or employee time off events brought by employees at the counter.
- Responsible for entering employee data accurately, processing, collecting and collating employee data reports.
- Assist with the Scheduling function, including replacement of absent employees.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail skillset
- Demonstrated strong decision-making skills
- Fluent bilingual - English/Spanish
