Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including kitchen, dining area, and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including conducting performance evaluations.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following food safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food service management, and food safety regulations.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

Note: This is a General Manager position in the hospitality industry. Experience in restaurant management is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
