Position Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions that align with Government clients' business requirements and goals. Provide expertise in designing scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams on best practices, design patterns, and Salesforce architecture principles to ensure high-quality code and optimal system performance.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Integration and Data Management: Define and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and data integrity.
• Solution Development: Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and compliance requirements.
• Solution Reviews: Conduct periodic solution reviews and provide technical guidance to optimize existing Salesforce implementations and identify areas for improvement.
• Salesforce Certifications: Possess and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications that align with the Solution Architect role, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all Salesforce solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining data privacy and protection for sensitive Government information.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide innovative and cutting-edge solutions to Government clients.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects for Government clients.
• Salesforce Certifications: Possess and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
• Government Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working on Government projects and understanding the unique requirements and challenges of the public sector.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design patterns, as well as hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integration and Data Management: Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management, including knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Security Clearance: The candidate must be eligible for and obtain the required security clearance as determined by the Government Agency.
