- Perform general maintenance and repair duties may include fixture installations, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, floor coverings, and some furniture installations with minimal supervision.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on complicated systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, pumping and motor systems, electrical and emergency generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspects.
- Performs painting and refurbishing projects as assigned.
- Maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and recordkeeping as directed.
- Performs building and equipment repairs for both interior and exterior as needed in changing environments and temperatures
- Accomplishes assignments in a timely and professional manner
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum one year experience in building maintenance
