Overview
Delaware Nation Industries' company, Emerging Technologies, is working with the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) on an upcoming program. The Custom Web Application and Business Process contract will support services to foster the integration of people, processes, and technologies to increase organizational performance and knowledge transfer. Support services include a suite of collaborative applications to include Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio and MS Azure DevOPS
Qualifications
At least five (5) years documented experience in the following:
- Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information;
- Knowledge of organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models;
- Skill in interfacing with customers in order to effectively gather project requirements;
- Skill in the interpretation and translation of customer requirements into operational
- capabilities;
- Ability to create business process maps or other workflow visualization tools;
- Ability to analyze and measure the impacts of completed projects;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences of varying technical levels;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others;
- Ability to assess and prioritize backlog requirements and;
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced
Certifications:
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt/AgilePM Foundation or
Security Clearance:
- TOP SECRET/SCI
