Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Senior Club Supervisor to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Senior Club Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury clubs are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. $19.00 - $22.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance
• Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary
• Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies
• Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise
• Coordinate and supervise team members and volunteer group members
• Lead team members in all aspects of setup on non-game days, including stocking, cleaning, ordering product and conducting inventory as items are delivered
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is required
• Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system required
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment
• Good communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
• No college degree required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of clubs area
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed
