Job Summary:
Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing Innovation located in our corporate office in Dallas, Texas.
This individual, who will report to the Director, Head of Marketing & Loyalty, will own the implementation of our retail innovation agenda. They will work closely with IT and store operations to execute the product innovation roadmap and ensure alignment with broader Company objectives. They will be the technology manager of our customer loyalty program, working closely with Marketing & our loyalty provider on new capabilities, features, stores, and offer types. They will monitor retail innovation trends and find new ways to synergize them into our retail business where they align with objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. MarTech Project Management
• Develop project plans/schedules working with internal/external stakeholders
• Regularly communicate milestones & project status, including at-risk steps & timing
• Scope & Cost Mgmt
• Perform feasibility checks for new ideas
2. Business Systems Documentation
• Own/Lead all project documentation to ensure completion
• Drive technical design and decisions in partnership with IT – this includes understanding integration points with other systems and user experience design
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to create/write Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) – may include Marketing, Operations, IT, BI, Financial/Card Services, Executive groups
3. Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing
• Work with Delek IT/QA team for in-lab scheduling & testing, with QA & Operations for in-store testing prior to rollouts
• Develop Use Cases & documentation prior to testing
• Document testing results & fixes with the QA team
• Own Loyalty offers testing process from tech setup to testing and approval
4. Other
• Present to leaders as requested to provide key project updates
• Role is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
• Hours 8am – 5:30pm CT (with occasional night/weekends as needed for issue resolution)
• Travel Requirements up to 30%
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
• BA/BS Integrated Marketing, Technology or Engineering
• 5-7 years of marketing technology experience
• Proven experience with implementation & management of Loyalty platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and highly skilled with Excel
Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
• C-store experience/Fuel industry experience – particularly with its tech platforms
• Other retail experience
