Must have flexibility in executing Crumbl's vision and enacting new marketing strategies as they are rolled out. - Be engaging and energetic with staff and customers. Have a strong desire to drive store sales and exceed customer's expectations on a daily basis. Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Manage the cookie making process to ensure it's efficient and always producing the best quality of cookies - Manage inventory levels, purchase supplies and raw materials as needed. Closely follow announcements on the Crumbl store manager 'app' to get real-time updates on ordering inventory/supplies from vendors - Ensure all equipment is being regularly cleaned and maintained throughout the day. Ensure the store, kitchen/feeezer area, and bathroom are kept clean and sanitary for customers and staff. - Monitor the overall quality of goods and services being provided to customers - Responsible for hiring and general staffing decisions, in coordination with the owners. - Manage the staff calendar, ensure staff members are properly trained, ensure customer orders are filled on time, and oversee catering events. - Clear and reconcile the register at the end of each working day and deliver cash to bank drop box. - Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
