Summary: Working as a Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe. 
This position will work onsite in our Lehi, UT office on a hybrid schedule. Reports to the Software Development Director.
What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership for a new Delinea Sprint team focusing on quality.
• Work on the product quality backlog for one of Delinea’s premier products, Secret Server.
• Contribute to the development, design, and architecture with a dedicated focus on quality.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years experience in C#, .net core, MS SQL, Angular, Typescript
• 2 years of professional experience as a Software Development Team Leader.
• Ability to quickly read and understand both new and existing code.
• Passion for seeing customer issues resolved.
• Effective leadership with both communication and respectful management.
• Experience with large codebases and unit testing -- mock frameworks, automation testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Experience leveraging REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles, the .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core.

• Ability to look at the big picture, come up with great new ideas and execute those ideas by writing code to make it happen.
• Passionate about writing quality code and constantly honing your development skills.
• Customer-facing support experience.
• Experience with developing and hosting SaaS and/or cloud-based applications.
• Experience working with DataDog cloud app monitoring.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Experience with DevOps practices (e.g. continuous integration, continuous deployment)
• A passion to learn new things and solve complex problems.
