DSA is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to work in our San Antonio Texas warehouse within a fast-paced team environment. If you come with a positive growth mindset, are a quick learner, and have a great work ethic, we want to talk to you!

The ideal DSA candidate will be able to work both individually and in a team environment, have excellent attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude.

Shift available:

• Tuesday-Saturday 2:00am – 8:00am
• Flexibility required
• 30 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, your main responsibility is to be part of a sort crew. Main duties include but are NOT limited to:

• Offload inbound delivery trucks.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Sort and scan packages.
• Scan packages and report overages or shortages.
• Inspect integrity of the packages received before sorting for delivery.
• Match delivery manifests.
• Stage freight into appropriate delivery routes.
• Prepare packages/loads for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Be able to operate a forklift (certified if possible)
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to use a hand scanner.
• Familiarity with a manual pallet jack and sit forklift.
• Be able to complete OS&D Reports
• Be a self-starter. Daily tasks will be assigned prior to line haul truck arriving.
• Team player who can also produce independent results
• Computer literacy is a plus
• Must have a cell phone for daily contact
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of forklift operator experience.
• 1 year of pallet jacket experience.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo and pass both a background check and pre-employment drug test

Wages:

Starting at $16.00- $18.00 per hour (DOE) – PAID WEEKLY
