Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Conduct data entry and transcribe meeting minutes
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
