Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll DoDrive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, using Microsoft (MS) Visio and MS PowerPoint utilizing Agile and ASAP methodologies;
- Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycles, including planning, blueprinting and requirements analysis, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP including SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and SAP ABAP modules;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using MS Visio, MS Word, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and using Accelerated SAP (ASAP) and Agile methodologies;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using MS Excel, MS Project Plan, MS PowerPoint and Agile methodology tools, including Jira;
- Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP including SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP ABAP using HP Quality Center (HPQC), SAP SolMan, and Jira;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP including SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP ABAP modules, utilizing Agile and ASAP methodologies and Jira;
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP including SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP ABAP; and
- Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SAP SolMan to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP including SAP SD, SAP CRM, and SAP ABAP projects.
