Work you’ll do :

• Support the client's information security by ensuring effective and efficient access management processes
• Provide assistance to the help desk, create documentation, engage with customers, and report metrics to contribute to the overall success of the ICAM program
• Respond to user inquiries related to access requests, identity management, and other ICAM-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ICAM processes, procedures, and best practices
• Create user guides to enhance understanding and adoption of ICAM processes
• Collect, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to ICAM operations
• Generate regular reports on access management activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Present metrics and insights to team members and leadership for informed decision-making

Qualifications 

Required : 

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Interim or Full Clearance (Secret or above)
• COMPTIA Security certification or equivalent IAT Level II/III certification 
• 3 years of experience in IAM, ICAM, cybersecurity, technical documentation
