Work you’ll do 

• Act as a Project Delivery Specialist II assisting with drafting Functional Requirement Documents and assisting with regression testing to evaluate and improve existing performance management and performance evaluation programs for government clients
• Develop and implement performance evaluation transformation methods utilizing a variety of tools, including Microsoft Azure
• Analyze overall performance evaluation program methodology and provide feedback on both operational and technical aspects
• Support client initiatives in a fast-paced, team environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, Internet research tools
• Give exceptional attention to detail and identify process improvement opportunities
• Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 years of professional work experience
• Active Secret clearance
• 1 years utilizing regression testing to ensure software updates integrate with existing functionalities.

Preferred:

• 1 years working with HRIS interface for military performance evaluation systems
• Experience performing regression testing for performance management software at a public entity
• 3 years of experience utilizing MS Azure
