Work you’ll do

Background:
The government agency is modernizing and leveraging cloud technologies to improve the delivery of agency services while also enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. As part of the effort, the government agency’s OCIO is establishing a combined cyber and network vendor supported services contract. The integrated team will provide one common approach to networking and security services. This requirement will be administered centrally to directly support ITOS and Cybersecurity Divisions.

Description:

• Provide engineering and administration of Azure Cloud services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Automation, and other services.
• Deploy and maintain VDI platforms including Azure Virtual Desktop.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• 5 years’ experience building cloud solutions and deploying resources in an enterprise environment.
• Experience working with Azure Express Routes, Azure Virtual WAN, and Azure Private Endpoints well as a solid understanding of the platform’s key services, workloads, governance, and security. Familiar with PowerShell, the Azure interface, the Azure CLI, and Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator.
