Work you'll do
As an HR Personnel Security Business Analyst for our federal sector client, you will:

• Provide business application and analysis
• Evaluate and make recommendations with regards to background security checks and investigations for personnel staff requiring a single scope background investigation (SSBI), moderate risk background investigation (MBI), and/or National Agency check (NACI)
• Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Required:

• 5 years of experience providing business analyst and needs assessments to include one or more of the following:

• Functional and technical requirements gathering
• Documentation and analysis
• Gap analysis
• Requirements definition
• Process documentation including flowcharts
• Cost-benefit analysis
• Business process analysis
• Report writing

• Experience with supporting a federal personnel security program
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's Degree

This position is for our Washington, D.C. office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, and Deloitte professionals are expected to collocate in the office or client sites up to 50% of the time (2-3 days per week).
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114,000 to $210,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
