The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset : their people.
Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite.
As we go-to-market we will show our clients that we serve more than HR organizations - from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader and that we deliver on our issues and help create value for our clients.

Work You’ll Do
As a US Payroll Delivery Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team that supports the end-to-end payroll processes for our clients that are running US payroll on an in-house cloud solution.
This role will be aligned with our most complex clients who will have requirements to serve tens to hundreds of thousands of employees in multiple states, both union and non-union, hourly, and salaried and spread across multiple business units.
As a payroll leader you will be responsible for ensuring the quality-of-service delivery to our clients. This could include supporting the client with the various components of the payroll process including the accuracy and timeliness of payments and reporting, researching and resolving payroll issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies as well as federal, state and local wage and tax laws and some international laws.
You will also be a key member of our leadership team which means you will be required to help with the strategic planning and growth of our practice.
You will also provide input into how to best select, develop and grow our people.
This critical position demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,725 to $322,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
