The government agency is modernizing and leveraging cloud technologies to improve the delivery of agency services while also enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. As part of the effort, the government agency's OCIO is establishing a combined cyber and network vendor supported services contract. The integrated team will provide one common approach to networking and security services. This requirement will be administered centrally to directly support ITOS and Cybersecurity Divisions. Qualifications Required: * 3 years' experience configuring and supporting enterprise class network hardware in a highly redundant environment with a focus on ensuring uptime requirements are met * 3 years' experience working independently and with a team to provide network support to enterprise class hardware systems, experience working with various infrastructure tools for monitoring purposes, network-based configuration backups, incident reporting, ticket tracking * 1 years' experience responding to and correcting errors and hardware exceptions on a wide variety of network hardware * Ability to be on site in within 2 hours of an identified event * High school diploma or GED required * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Ability to travel 40%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred: * Certifications: * AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
