Work you'll do As a ServiceNow practitioner you will be: * Developing case management solutions using service portal, form creation, workflow, task generations to support the stand up of a Central Portal and talent acquisition workflow solution.
* Partnering with clients and business process consultants to understand the future state of operations and creatively design applications on the ServiceNow platform that transform the way business is conducted
* Working in 2-week sprint cycles to innovatively translate user stories into automated solutions always keeping a transformative viewpoint
* Collaborating with other business modelers to learn about the ServiceNow platform, understand best practices and stay current on the latest & greatest offerings
* Learning the ins-and-outs of integrating our ServiceNow environment with existing enterprise systems with the ability to push and pull data via web services
* Developing the points of value to deliver throughout the HR Transformation effort
* Providing hands-on leadership to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
* Working side-by-side with the process team to shepherd application development through sprint cycles, gate reviews, and testing stages

Qualifications Required: * HS Diploma
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in JavaScript, Angular or Bootstrap
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Preferred: * Experience performing web service integrations through SOAP and REST calls
* Experience working with business process improvement teams
* Experience preforming systems requirements gathering and analysis
* Experience in Agile software development methodology
* Interest in learning technical development skills through on-the-job training
* Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced team environment with enforced deadlines
* Basic knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices
* Interest, knowledge, and/or experience in IT Strategy and IT Business Management
