Qualifications Required: * Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph or ability to sponsor up to polygraph level
* 5 years of HR Strategy experience
* 2 years of training and/or training facilitation experience
* 2 years of federal or Intel Community related experience
* 2 years of change management and/or strategic communications experience
* Ability to work full time in SCIF environments in Springfield, VA
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
