• Ensure all trade economics are captured and reflected correctly within risk management systems
• Core understanding of the trade lifecycle, position management and reconciliation, confirmations process, and settlements across equities and fixed-income
• Facilitate transaction closing process by ensuring all required steps and approvals have been completed on time
• Manage trade exceptions
• Proactively look for opportunities for straight-through processing
• Escalate risk issues to team leads
• Collaborate with multiple teams across trading, controllers, and legal
• Utilize strong communication skills

Required Experience:

• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle
• Previous middle office experience

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant middle office experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail

Expectations Regarding On-Site and Hybrid Working:

As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with what our client's policies and expectations are, and these vary. This role would require being in the office five days a week.

Salary Range: $68,000-$80,000
