Role Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team in New York, working with a Tier 1 Investment Bank client. The initial position is a Strategic Supervisory role, providing support to the client's trading desk.
This is a great chance to join our fast-growing business within the CLM department working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. This role requires an individual to work as part of the supervisory team to ensure adherence to regulatory and firm requirements. The role will also include, but not be limited to reviewing and improving existing processes, business strategy, creating and presenting materials to senior stakeholders and partnering with Front office. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, strong communication skills, excellent MS PowerPoint skills and attention to detail.

Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:
As a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with our client's policies and expectations, and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. For this initial role, the client requires the candidate to work from their office 3 days per week. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client's demands.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience)
