Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team, a crucial part of our operations, working with a Tier 1 Investment Bank client in New York. We seek an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an AVP/VP for Trading Desk Supervision and Strategy.
This is a great chance to join our fast-growing business within the CLM department working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. This role, which is of significant importance, requires an individual with a proven track record in supervisory roles, strong communication skills, excellent MS PowerPoint skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work on the supervisory team to ensure adherence to regulatory and firm requirements, review and improve existing processes, develop business strategy, create and present materials to senior stakeholders, and partner with the Front office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact and coordinate with trading and sales teams to support supervisory-related concerns or questions.
• Analyze and collate large data sets into consolidated graphical presentations.
• Streamline policies and procedures relevant to front-office supervision to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Create strategy documentation to improve front office supervisory processes, including data/metrics presentation.
• Regularly present metrics and strategy updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience working within Front Office / First Line Controls
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in written form
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working within Management Consulting
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products
• Series 7, 63, 24

Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:

As a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with our client's policies and expectations, and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. For this initial role, the client requires the candidate to work from their office 3 days per week. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client's demands.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
