Martha Coker Green House Homes, 2041 Grand Avenue, Yazoo City, MS 39194 SETTING: SNF/AL/IL START DATE: ASAP GUARANTEE: 36 hours ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 Weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Prefers SNF experience but open to new grads who will be comfortable with SNF setting and can pick up the caseload quickly STAFF: PTs, OTs on site. Will also supervise OTAs EMR: CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Avg # of patients per day: 8
Avg # of new evals: 1 to 2
Common Treatments/Diagnosis: There are a lot of rehab to home clients. SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, no weekends ADDITIONAL INFO: LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: -Located less than 1 hour north of Jackson, MS
