Reporting in Excel: Generating and maintaining reports to track project progress, expenses, and other key metrics.
Construction Draws (Draw Request): Assisting with the preparation and submission of draw requests to secure project financing.
Payroll: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for project personnel.
Banking: Liaising with financial institutions for banking-related activities such as transactions and reconciliations.
Data Entry: Inputting and managing project-related data in various systems and spreadsheets.
Scanning: Digitizing and organizing documents for record-keeping and easy access.
Invoicing: Generating and sending invoices to clients and vendors.
Project Binders: Maintaining organized project binders containing all relevant documents and information.
Interfacing: Serving as a point of contact for various stakeholders including financing partners, banks, municipalities, zoning authorities, and construction teams.
Attention to Detail: Reviewing processes meticulously to ensure accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly.
Utilizing QuickBooks: Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for managing financial transactions and records effectively.
CPACE Software: Familiarity with CPACE software (or similar tax-related environmental credit software) to manage related aspects of projects.
Problem-Solving: Tackling challenges across different areas with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
