Delta Dental of New Jersey & Connecticut is Hiring a Claims Examiner Near Morris, NJ

Your new role.

Our Claims Examiners research, review and adjudicate dental claims, create and process claims for pre-treatment estimates, maintain subscriber files, and update/process student documentation, provider research, coordination of benefits, and diagnostics materials using prepared guidelines.

All Claims Examiners complete a five week training program and work with a seasoned Claims Examiner during their first few weeks of independent work to ensure understanding and success.

Our positions are full time and hourly, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. We are operating with a hybrid work model, and all associates are in our Parsippany NJ office Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Monday, Thursday and Friday. Starting in January 2025, all associates will be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote Monday and Friday. Daily schedule may be adjusted to start as early as 7 am once fully trained and meeting KPI's.

· Dental claims knowledge and experience strongly preferred

· A can-do attitude with strong desire to resolve issues quickly

· Strong focus and attention to detail

· Professional communication skills

· Technically proficient with ability to learn our systems
