• Design, implement, and continuously improve sales workflows, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Oversee incentive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with sales goals and motivating top performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to drive strategic initiatives.
• Partner on the technology stack, including Salesforce.com

Who You Are:

• 5 years of proven experience in a Sales Operations leadership role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Salesforce.com power user with deep understanding of reporting, dashboards, and system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
