Delta Faucet Company is seeking top talent in the Indianapolis area to join our Trade Team as a Sales Analyst. This role is a key contributor who will oversee the lead generation and approval process in our job quote system, manage commission payment procedures, and provide reporting and insights to uncover unique trends and insights. We are seeking a problem solver who can lead process improvement efforts, coordinate projects with internal and external partners, and communicate effectively across organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Program Execution: Analyze, approve, process and coordinate job quotes. Lead cross territory quoting policies. Handle the optimization and execution of commercial trade programs.

• Omni Channel Quote Development and Support: Develop and communicate quoting policies and practices to all channels to ensure appropriate oversight and consistency.

• Key Account Relationships: Establish relationships with national wholesale partners to further develop and grow our lead generation process and increase centralized quoting opportunities.

• Commissions: Manage processes for commission payments including approving/denying adjustment claims and reporting on commissions trends.

• Sales Reporting: Create and refresh standard and ad hoc reports for the sales team and our agency representatives using Salesforce, Excel, and PowerBI.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out opportunities to improve tools and processes that deliver growth and profitability to the Trade channel.

Education & Experience:

• B.S. in business related field or equivalent with 2 years of sales or sales analyst-related experience

• Excel experience required

• PowerBI, Power Automate and Salesforce experience a plus

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization and among industry partners

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
