The Senior Manager is responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, planning, and implementing programs to drive brand growth across all customer and influencer touchpoints. Using customer insights and collaborating with product and sales teams, you anticipate trends and use this knowledge and expertise to guide program development. You are the master of crafting a strategic approach to supporting sales channels, not just constructing a collection of tactics. You're passionate about connecting these things to create captivating initiatives that complement each other, driving brand relevance and business results.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesIdeates and develops the channel marketing strategy for Luxury and Upper Premium brands that drive sales and profitable growth across multiple channelsExecutes strategic marketing campaigns aligned with overall brand directionClosely collaborates with key internal stakeholders - including Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Global Regional Leads - to ideate programs that achieve goals.Contributes to the creation of KPI's. Measures programs, communicates results of sell-in & sell-through in markets. Provides solutions based on results.Act as Luxury point of contact for corporate sales team and agency repsDevelop and activate customer promotions, programs, and integrated marketing plans, including brand specific displays, merchandising and POS assetsAssists with the product launch process including post-launch maintenance in the channelCollaborate with digital marketing counterparts to coordinate customer specific marketing initiativesEducation & Experience:
B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Communications, or related business field8 years marketing experience, preferably in channel/customer marketing and brand management in a large, fast paced matrixed environment.Demonstrated knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.5 years of experience with project management and stage gate type frameworks.Strong ability to glean insights and tell a story from data, analytics and insights inspiring action and changeStrong fiscal management skills with demonstrated record of improving efficiency of marketing spendCurious, creative, passionate, and innovative thinker - enthusiastic about the opportunities of the future and always in learning modeSkillful and impactful communicator with the ability to deliver presentations with poise, confidence, and authentic styleProven ability to establish relationships, trust and credibility and follow through on decisionsPrevious luxury brand or fashion experience or passion a plus.Other Considerations
