Hourly Compensation Rate & Available Hours
- $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
- 2nd (Evening) Shifts MOST URGENT NEEDs.
- Weekdays or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
- Ongoing shifts and client temp-to-perm negotiable!
- Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
- Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Physical/TB screening
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- PA State Criminal Background
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND & RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- *MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE
- Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
- Compensation processed weekly.
- Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule.
- Ability to grow professionally.
