```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for any special requests or modifications
- Monitor table turnover and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and service
- Assist in setting up dining areas, including cleaning and arranging tables, chairs, and decorations
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Answer phone calls and provide information to callers or direct them to the appropriate department

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $12.00 - $20.45 per hour
