OverviewMember of Delvaux Americas Corporate Team reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Operations Americas, supports optimal execution of logistics and of retail inventory enabling sales teams to provide the exemplary service to customers. A strong support to corporate team and valuable partner to the sales team, responsible for all physical product flows, ensuring stock is constantly accurate and movements are compliant. Responsibilities
Partner with AP for vendor creation, invoice submission and payments on schedule
Uphold Region's operational governance and stock control for US & CA
Facilitate all incoming and outbound physical movements and IT product flows
Facilitate and track high-seas (cross-border) transfers and returns (buy-backs)
Facilitate and monitor exotics movements requiring CITES and customs approvals
Facilitates and monitors shipments of Visual Merchandising props and materials to US & CA
Track and ensure e-comm returns are processed timely and accurately (control) and reintegrated back in the available stock
Monitor Region's reservations and maintain schedule for reconciliation or cancellation
Provide follow-up to store cycle counts, correct negative stocks
Contribute to shrink investigations
Propose actions to improve future stock takes results (methods, tool, etc) and reduce shrinkage
Monitor process and timeline of client repairs/damages
Raise alerts where needed and propose action plan to optimize flows, streamline governance of day-to-day operations
Ensure all up-to-date compliance measures set forth by the Group are maintained
Qualifications
College Degree preferred
2 to 3 years of experience in Operations and Logistics in retail preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective in building cross-functional partnerships
Organized, agile and with analytical mindset
Ability to work independently, has a keen sense of priorities and time management
Attention to detail and precision is key
