Experienced and skilled workers to assist with completion of residential remodeling projects for local rental company. Basic carpentry/remodeling skills preferred, but we will train good workers. All phases of remodeling including kitchen and bath replacement, plumbing, electrical, painting, sheet rock work.
Steady year-round work.
Further responsibilities will include general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance and smaller rehabilitation projects for our apartment communities.
Painting is another major responsibility. We are looking for prep painters and skilled painters.
Experience with use of carpentry tools such as saws, nail gun, etc. is a plus.
Able to lift heavy boards or plywoods is another plus.
Valid driver’s license, preferred.
Available to work Mon -Friday 8am to 4pm.
Dependable, and on time every day.
