Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Location: Irvine, CA

As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and execution of marketing strategies utilizing Marketing Cloud platforms for our clients. Your expertise in Marketing Cloud capabilities, client-facing skills, effective communication, and proficiency in writing clear requirements will be essential in driving successful projects.

Requirements:

1. Marketing Cloud Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Marketing Cloud platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) to drive successful marketing campaigns.

2. Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

3. Requirements Documentation: Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate and document project requirements to guide the implementation process effectively.

4. DevOps and Jira Experience: Familiarity with DevOps practices and previous experience using Jira for project management and issue tracking.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.

6. Problem-Solving: A proactive problem solver with the capability to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions.

7. Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

8. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 7 years Salesforce Experience and 4 years of Marketing Cloud administration and implementation experience

- Configure Journey Builder, Email Studio,, Mobile Studio, A/B Testing, Campaign Management and Automation

- Experienced in creating Reports and Dashboards which displays the ROI metrics

- Review and Optimize Marketing campaigns based on the engagement metrics and analytics to improve the ROI on markeing dollars.

- Integrating Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

- Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) will be an advantage.
