Company: Demaray Pool Supply, Inc. is a small privately held California corporation. The company was started in May 1977 in Vacaville, California. In 2002, the company expanded into Sutter, Yuba and Colusa Counties. The company provides retail option for the Do-It-Yourself customer as well as a service and repair department for others. We are looking for an Assistant Service Administrator for our Service and Repair Department (S&R) in Yuba City, California. This is a fast paced position, especially during peak season.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatching service and repair technicians as warranted.
• Perform basic accounting (A/R & A/P) for Service Department including data entry.
• Conduct collection activity as needed.
• Conduct a briefing and de-briefing every day with field technicians (internal communication).
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Ability to listen and communicate in person or over phone with customer.
• Manage and assure timely completion of internal projects such as billing, statements and collections.
• Assure company communication channels are followed properly.
• Promote growth in service customers and sales.
• Train and manage all seasonal and regular staff.
• Maintain office conditions including housekeeping and filing.
• Order, manage and track parts and equipment for S&R jobs.
• Ability to work independent of direct supervision.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of office or related experience.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and overtime.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass company background check.
• Must have proven successful communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely.
• Ability to be on your feet and moving all day.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds. Activities will include bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and a wide range of other physical activities.

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
