We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated technician to support our North American Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) fleet. This role would provide remote, second level customer support. You will work closely with customers, other customer support technicians, and project engineers to resolve customer issues. Ideal candidates will possess basic knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, software, and networking. The employee can be based anywhere in the continental USA. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $45,000 - $97,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What you Will Do in This Role: Provide remote, second level customer support Assist project and technical engineers in integration of new systems Assist technical and development personnel in application quality testing Work to install, commission, and test installation of material handling solutions Provide specified technical support to customers on-site What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree (BS, BIS, CIS, or IT degree preferred) At least 3 years' in similar role/field Material Handling background is a plus, but not required A background in mechanics, electronics, or software Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
