The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will do in This Role: Completes the design of complex systems that integrate hardware and software. Spearheads complex material specification, schematic (drawings) preparation, order entry tasks, and appropriate follow-up. Determines recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction. Performs complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design. Assist Department Manager with various technical processes, including continuous process improvements. Effectively able to communicate to customer and other stakeholders Performs full range of standard work for the professional field and ensures standard work packages are followed. Refers complex, unusual problems to others. Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations. What We are Looking For: Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) 5 years experience Experience with Programming in Allen Bradley, AutoCAD or other design tools Strong Warehouse industry experience preferred. Experience in a Controls Engineering position that is project-based (design to installation) Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
