DeMayo Law Offices is Hiring a Bilingual Receptionist Near Charlotte, NC

DeMayo Law Offices is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The Bilingual Receptionist (or Virtual Concierge) will be responsible for assisting Settlement Department by ensuring clients are available and prepared for virtual settlement meetings. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement of this position. 

Responsibilities

  • Receive settlement meeting details from Settlement team; set up Zoom meeting and send invitation to client
  • Add settlement meeting to SharePoint and/or Monday.com online tracker
  • Proactively follow through with clients via phone/text/email via technology systems to ensure appointment invitations are received and accepted
  • Prior to each scheduled meeting, contact client via texting platform to ensure they are ready for appointment
  • Open Zoom session and virtually welcome client to meeting
  • Assist client as needed through the Zoom process to ensure video/audio connectivity
  • Contact assigned attorney and wait with client until attorney has logged in
  • Hand off hosting duties to attorney once they have logged in to the meeting

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Outstanding phone skills and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with clients virtually using technology platforms
  • Familiarity with Outlook calendar scheduling
  • Experience and proficiency using basic technological tools (texting, WebEx, Zoom, etc.)
  • Ability to interact and convey information professionally with both clients and attorneys
  • Must project a professional on-camera presence
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and ability to learn and use various software programs
