The Product Coordinator will assist all brands and is the link between development and the rest of the organization. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage several different ongoing tasks at one time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mathematic proficiency is required
- College degree not required, but preferred
- Proficient at Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

The Product Coordinator tracks all elements involved with the product development process - from line creation, sample approvals, data entry, product marketing, and office management. These elements include but are not limited to:
- Assist in overall product development workflow.
- Manage and update Centric data and product development requirements: set up/delete items, set up new lines, fill out and upload cover sheets, add product details (measurements, care instructions, copyright, photos, etc.), enter quotes from outside buying agents, enter packaging collateral, etc.
- Manage the Go-To-Market calendar/timeline and handoffs.
- Facilitate Buy process by managing communication flow and setting up products.
- Facilitate in catalog proofing for all brands.
- Enter HTS codes for all new items.
- Load SKUs & Quotes to Centric.
- International and Domestic shipping & receiving for Product Development - all duties included - packing, shipping, tracking and notification to PD team.
- Organize, send, and track product/packaging approval samples and photography samples.
- Communicate with artists on add/drop lists, sample approvals.
- Periodically run reports, Marketplace Comparison Charts and power point presentations.
- Clerical duties: Prepare for guest visits and meetings, maintain general product planning room organization.
- Set-up New Manufacturer Registration.
- Complete other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
