Dena Motors is Hiring a Sales Desk Manager - Automotive Dealership Near Conyers, GA

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales/Desk Manager to oversee our sales team at Dena Motors. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in automotive sales management. As a Sales/Desk Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing leadership and guidance to our sales team, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for generating inbound leads, managing leads, phone and appointment setting skills, social media marketing to bring in additional business, professional sales process training, objection handling, presentation and negotiation training, desking, and Structuring F&I deals.

Compensation:

$120,000

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales team performance, reporting on key metrics such as sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. Develop action plans to address performance gaps
  • Sales Process: Ensure that sales processes and procedures are followed consistently, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, as well as federal and state regulations governing automotive sales
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets AND F&I knowledge
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in sales software and Dealertrack CRM and F&I systems
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
