Job Summary:The Accounts Payable Specialist will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the company. The role includes processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices from receipt to payment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Process invoices based on company policy and standards.
• Maintains appropriate General Ledger coding
• Inputs a high volume of data accurately and efficiently.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transaction.
• Assists with internal and external requests for special processing, data, and various support items.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality internally and externally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in business related field preferred
• 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience required.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, accurate, flexible, dependable and a team player.
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relations
