Denali is Hiring a Light/Medium Mechanic/Field Operator - Req ID: 2442 Near Oxford, PA
Field Operator - Oxford, PASummary: Under general supervision of the Area Manager, performs general light/medium duty maintenance and minor repairs to support fleet maintenance program. Necessary maintenance and repairs completed in the shop and field. Routinely operates farm equipment such as farm tractors, spreaders, pumps, etc., and site equipment such as wheel loaders, forklifts, etc. necessary to support hauling and field operations. Provides overall support for Denali Water Solutions hauling and field operations. Requires performance of recurring manual tasks such as, but not limited to hauling and field support, event work, fueling equipment, sampling, job site organization, and performing light/medium duty maintenance and repairs. A Class A CDL license is preferred but not required. Provides daily support to the Area Manager.

- Office/ Shop located in Oxford PA, with limited local travel to extend upwards of 2 hours travel radius (company vehicle, fuel card, and tooling provided) home daily.
- Overnight stay(s) might be a possibility depending on the event/ tasks.
- Pay will be based on experience.
- Hours M-F 7 am-4 pm (flexibility necessary depending on daily needs)
- 40-hour week with OT available

- Communicates directly and provides daily support to the Area Manager.
- Safely Operates farm and field equipment such as farm tractors, pumps, wheel loaders, etc.….
- Performs general light/medium duty maintenance and equipment repairs in the field/shop.
- Relocates field equipment when needed.
- Provides daily support for drivers and field operations.
- Provide off-site support on job sites (loads trailers, manages lagoons, etc.)
- Replenishes and stocks supplies.
- Lubricates and checks machinery and equipment.
- Performs routine tasks and related activities to support operations.
- Performs operations in an orderly, safe, and organized manner.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Valid driver's license Required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to learn and grow to support operations in a safe & efficient manner.
- CDL is not required but preferred.
