Title: Project Analyst (UAT, Loan IQ)
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

• This position will be designing and executing UAT- must have that experience. FLexcube is nice to have- LOan IQ is the most important
• The Lending Operations teams support all lending activity for Corporate and Commercial clients of the bank across North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia. The Loan IQ project analyst will be responsible for understanding and supporting the transformation efforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of the new target-state banking lending system - Loan IQ. This role will require thorough understanding of strategic direction of the lending business as the organization transitions from the historical Flexcube processing environment to the Loan IQ platform.
• The Loan IQ project analyst will be responsible for the design and execution of operations change efforts required as the Loan IQ system is implemented: integration with front office system and processes, design of new processes required as part of conversion and implementation, and integration with tech teams as new functions are built and tested. They will have to develop strong working partnerships across operations functional areas, with business leads, and with numerous technology teams to effectively manage and support the Lending Operations transformation needs.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills required in order to negotiate internally across the business and with technology partners, often at a senior level.

Responsibilities:
Identify and implement changes across Global Loan Operations necessary to transition the business to Loan IQ:

• Leverage knowledge around the Loan IQ platform to strategically lead the Secondary Trading, Agency, Non-Agency & Bi-lateral teams forward in enablement
• Excellent senior-level communication skills to provide critical program updates
• Design & execute UAT strategy across the platform; including coordination of lower-level environments
• Work between Lending Operations and Technology teams to support enablement & conversion efforts
• Support peers in the gathering of requirements for enablement initiatives and the appropriate items are signed off on
• Prepare status reporting as needed to senior management on progress across all loan operations teams in moving trading capability from Flex to Loan IQ

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in financial services or similar industry
• Background and/or exposure to platform transformation and related operational and financial impacts in detail
• Experience with Loan IQ and/or Flexcube platforms
• Agile methodology for program execution
• JIRA use
• Proven track record in application implementation and system integration across multiple platforms.
• Strong analysis and documentation skills
• Project and program management experience a plus
• Strong oral and written communicator
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution with operations staff and senior stakeholders.
• Team player with strong influencing and partnering skills who can handle strong personalities at all levels of the company
• Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment
• Analytical, flexible, and team-oriented, have good interpersonal and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and industry standard project management tools.
• Finance, Business Administration or Engineering bachelor's degree
