Senior Manager Consulting (f/m/d)Your Tasks

• As a Senior Manager Consulting (f/m/d) you will be responsible for acquiring and managing projects of high strategic relevance for our clients in Intellectual Property Consulting services (e.g. Intellectual Property strategy, technological assessments, IP portfolio valuation, IP process improvements, as well as Innovation Management)
• You will have responsibility for business development, thought partnership with clients, quality of our services, client and team happiness, as well as coaching and leading future leaders of our organization.
• You will translate the overall Consulting vision in a strategy for growth, along the three pillars of client-, people-, as well as service development strategy.
• To do that, you will
• Actively leverage your own as well as the Dennemeyer network to approach current and potential clients and engage in service discussions
• Work with the Consulting leadership team to develop a hiring plan, as well as team development strategy
• Develop new service offerings and design commercial models as well as delivery models

Your Profile

• 10 years of experience in IP-related services, management consultancy or project manager / patent engineer in a market-leading company or self-employed (e.g. consultants, patent attorneys)
• Practical experience in the field of Intellectual Property Management and/or Innovation Management;
• University degree in business, engineering, physics, chemistry, biotech or similar
• Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers in an IP, innovation and technology driven environment,
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and delivering consulting projects for Corporates and SMEs
• Strong leadership, business development, organizational, team management, communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and interpersonal skills,
• Business-English fluency mandatory, further languages (e.g. German, French, etc.) appreciated.
