Tasks
Tasks
- Support with digitization of physical files
- Pre-sorting and re-sorting of documents
- Scanning and saving files
- Entering bibliographic data of intellectual property rights in databases
- Other administrative tasks in the area of docketing
- Student status
- Meticulous working style
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Fluency in German and English required
- Availability 20 hours/week
